The San Pablo Dam Reservoir, located to the east of Kennedy Grove Regional Recreation Area, is undergoing a major construction project lasting about two years. This construction project will affect the operation of Kennedy Grove park entrances.

Weekday park users should enter the park at 6530 Hillside Drive, El Sobrante, CA 94803.

On weekends and major holidays park users should use the park entrance at 6531 San Pablo Dam Road, El Sobrante, CA 94803.

Orange directional/detour signs will assist with finding the correct entrance, which will depend on the day of the week. Please see the Kennedy Grove Park Web page for a map for clarification.
