Fresh Tracks logoEnjoy a new way to stay fit with healthy hikes in a Regional Park, followed by a wonderful lunch and soothing music, courtesy of Smooth Jazz KKSF 103.7. Every third Saturday from May through October, grab a friend (age 12 years and up) and join us for a 1.5-hour naturalist-led hike at select Regional Parks.

Coyote Hills is home to a unique cultural resource – an Ohlone village site. Join us for a beautiful, easy stroll through thriving wetlands to our destination, a 2,000-year-old village site! Wheelchair/stroller accessible hike. Meet at the Coyote Hills Visitor Center. Hike led by Kristina Parkison.

Middle Harbor Shoreline Park, Oakland

Join us for an easy stroll along the shoreline and learn about the rich cultural and natural history of Middle Harbor, a new 38-acre shoreline park built by the Port of Oakland.
