You may hire a caterer from the Approved list or choose the non-catered option. NOTE: Non-catered option is NOT allowed at the Brazilian Room on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, and is NOT allowed at the Temescal Beach House on events ending after 7 pm. If you choose the non-catered option you may not use an outside caterer or have any hired staff. Your unpaid volunteers will be required to attend an orientation. You will pay an additional fee for the ability to use the non-catered option.
